Breakwater opened its doors in downtown Oceanside in July of 2008 and has been delighting regulars and visitors ever since. Breakwater is pleased to an​nounce its expansion into CoLab Public House, where guests can expect to find 15 house beers on tap at any given time, including award winning beers from Great American Beer Festival, San Diego International Beer Festival, and the World Beer Cup.
