A first-of-its-kind site for brewing and winemaking, CoLab takes its name from the collaborative spirit of the craftspeople who call it home. Our partners include a trio of award-winning craft brewers: Barrel & Stave Pour House, Breakwater Brewing, and Laguna Beach Beer Company, alongside local urban winery sensation Propaganda Wines and foodie favorite Baby’s Badass Burgers.

 Family, adult, corporate, and pet friendly, CoLab welcomes everyone to experience our beautifully designed two-story tasting room. Sit back and relax on our shaded outdoor patio or experience arcade-style games on our 2nd story mezzanine. Come enjoy our craft beers and wines along with the best burgers in town - plus vegan, healthy, and kid-friendly menu options. We even have special treats for your canine companions.
